- Le Pont D’Albart is situated in acres of stunning countryside and meadowland yet only a short 15 min drive from lovely uncrowded golden beaches ranging from safe paddling for younger children to wilder beaches ideal for most watersports.
- Private fishing on 1.2 miles of grade A trout river (holiday fishing permit required and is available locally ) plus free pike fishing on a two acre lake outside your front door. The lake is fenced for safety in close proximity to the cottages.
- Free designated high speed ethernet internet connection in wine cellar . This is a communal facility and requires an ethernet connection eg laptop) . Unlike many wireless connections it is unaffected by changes in weather .
- Children’s play area situated in nearby field equipped with with a mini football pitch,slide,swings,trampoline and picnic bench. Converted wine cellar with table tennis ,toys and mini snooker table.
- Outdoor heated pool set in sheltered courtyard with sun terrace, chairs and outdoor shower.Riverside country walks on private meadowland.
- Mountain biking through the forest on dedicated tracks with trail maps available. Regional mountain biking competition passes through Le Pont D’Albart every May.
- Use of free rowing boat for lake.
